Bill was an encourager to me when I was a brand-new Chaplain. I will never forget him. And, I owe him a lot!! His Christlikeness was obvious to everyone he encountered. His humor broke up many tense moments in some of the meetings we ere in. His commitment to bringing Jesus to people led him to be one of the most effective prison chaplains I have known. I really miss him already!!
