Condolence From: Charlie & Donna Romano
Condolence: Dear Debbie,

Donna and I send our condolences, and pray for you and your family through this difficult time. We all worked together at Dayton T. Brown for many years, and Bill was always a fantastic technician and a pleasure to work with. I know he spent many years at New Your Telephone, and his dedication to getting the job done, doing "whatever it took" was exemplary. I will always remember Bill for being an all-around "Good Guy".

Bill is at peace with Jesus Christ, as we all hope to celebrate with Him in the future.

Condolence: Dear Debbie,
I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am about Bill's passing. I looked forward to his uplifting conversations on the phone for all of the years, since he left Dayton T. Brown. He was a good friend then and continued to be that when you moved to Mo. He always made me laugh. He was the type of guy, who you felt you knew for a lifetime, even after just meeting him. Throughout the years of working at Dayton's, we shared many anecdotes, humorous times and of course, practical jokes, of which he was famous.
When he left Dayton's, I missed his larger than life presence, but was glad to be able to capture some of it through our phone calls.
Our hearts go out to you and your family.
With Love,
John and Marylou

Condolence: You devoted your life to God's work, ministering to the downtrodden and disenfranchised. I am confident that you were welcomed into Heaven to take your place at the side of the King. God Bless you and your dear family. You will be sorely missed and remembered fondly by those whose lives you touched.

Condolence: As one of Bill's supervisors in Corrections, I will always remember Bill was the kind of Christian man who was true to his relationship with his God. He would call me at the office and want to pray for me and would stop me in the hallway during a conference and ask if he could pray for me at that very moment. When I visited him a week before he passed, he reached out to my hand and prayed for me as the grief of recently losing my own father-in-law (a former MDOC Chaplain) would be expressed. Bill thoroughly enjoyed life, did not take himself too seriously and always found a way to sneak in something funny to lighten a moment. You couldn't help but bust out in laughter. He was a great chaplain who was well liked and admired by staff and offenders alike. Bill--you leave a sizeable gap and there will never be another like you. Debbie and family--we love you and carry your burden with you as best we can. Heaven only knows the reception line that Bill is probably still working through of all those to whom he exhibited Christ's love and mercy over the many years of his ministry. Bill--we won't say "goodbye" but rather, just, "We will see you a little later on the other side". May your passing be a shining light glorifying the gracious God you so faithfully served. I know it is and will continue to be.

Condolence: Chap was the BEST kind of man! He was a great mentor, friend, husband, father and servant who was entirely sold out to Jesus Christ. He walked in the footsteps of Jesus closer than anyone I have ever known. Glory be to God for sharing this man with us. He made the world a brighter place. He will be dearly missed.

Condolence: Bill was an encourager to me when I was a brand-new Chaplain. I will never forget him. And, I owe him a lot!! His Christlikeness was obvious to everyone he encountered. His humor broke up many tense moments in some of the meetings we ere in. His commitment to bringing Jesus to people led him to be one of the most effective prison chaplains I have known. I really miss him already!!
