Bob Letterman

I was separated from the maternal side of my family at four years of age. I had little contact with them throughout my life, but it was not of my choosing. I first met Steve in the 80s during a short visit with my mother. I remember him at the time as being very young, he didn't say much and I assumed he was quiet by nature. The next and, unfortunately, last time I met him was at Mom's funeral. He struck me then as somebody I would like as we seemed to have similar interests. We talked a lot that evening and I felt his health wasn't good. He looked prematurely old in comparison with the first meeting and shortly after, I heard he was ill. I only wish I could have known him better but it wasn't to be. Rest in Peace Brother. I wish it could have been different. I really do!
