BILL TANDY

I have known Jim and John for decades. Not two better fellers on this planet. Jim was Jim and his family and friends will know what I mean. I played softball with him and he could hit it miles. Being a State Trooper, I worked with Jim as a police offer. Good man all around. He always made me laugh. He was the best. I'll miss Jim. He was indeed his own man.John,I am sad you lost your brother. My sympathy to all the family. JIM, hang up your guns,you won't need them anymore. Trooper Tandy
