I read in the Omaha paper today of the passing of Vern. I worked with Vern at Mutual. We actually shared a cubicle area in Retirement Plans for a number of years. I was truly blessed to have that opportunity. He loved his God and spread that love to everyone. He loved his family and I am not surprised that he and Joyce moved to Springfield to be closer to them. My prayers are with the family. I believe Vern will always be at you side. We all live for the day of everlasting life in heaven.
