Condolences

Condolence From: Steve & Debbie Irvin
Condolence: We are so very sorry to hear of Vern’s passing. Sheri Sessions sent us an email that she saw it in the World Herald. We loved Vern! He was a great guy and very, very funny! He loved the Lord and he was a joy to be around. We are so glad that we got to know the both of you through CCC. We so enjoyed our Journey Group and Vern and you were a vital part of it. We wish we could come to the funeral, but it does not work very well for us. Debbie has to work on Saturday morning. We know that Vern is with his Lord and is enjoying his time in heaven. We just can’t say enough about him to do him justice. Please know we are praying for you Joyce and your whole family. We are glad that you got to move closer to your kids and grandkids, and we know they will be a source of strength and comfort. God bless you Joyce and your whole family.

Condolence From: Nan (McMahon) Hoegermeyer
Condolence: I read in the Omaha paper today of the passing of Vern. I worked with Vern at Mutual. We actually shared a cubicle area in Retirement Plans for a number of years. I was truly blessed to have that opportunity. He loved his God and spread that love to everyone. He loved his family and I am not surprised that he and Joyce moved to Springfield to be closer to them. My prayers are with the family. I believe Vern will always be at you side. We all live for the day of everlasting life in heaven.
