Bob Dock was and continues to be in the hearts of so many people who knew and loved him...not the least of these as members of his church family. Bob was one of the most "selfless" people I know who never drew attention to his health issues but was always there at the door into the sanctuary handing out bulletins and treating each child with a tootsie roll, a handshake and a personal greeting! In these last months whenever I told him I was praying for him, he never failed to say, "Well you know it's a 'win-win' thing for me...whether I live or whether I die, it's all good!" He was a true gentleman, a genuine Servant of God and I'm thankful as all who knew him that he no longer has any pain or suffering but is at the feet of Jesus, praising Him and perhaps enrolling in the "Welcome to Heaven's Gates" for all who come after him! Thank you, Lord, for sharing Bob with South Gate.
