Obituary for Ruby M. Bright (Friend)
Ruby M. Bright 85, Republic, MO. passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017, in Sonshine Manor, after a long illness. She was born on March 20, 1932, in Springfield, Mo. A homemaker, Ruby was a life-long area resident and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed her church and spending time with her family.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband Eugene Billy Bright, who passed away in 2014. She is survived by four daughters: Elma Jean Parker and her husband Ernest, Beverly Enlow, Brenda Burns, and Mary Lankford and her husband Larry, and by her five sons: Lawrence McReynolds, Jimmy McReynolds, and his wife Sheila, Ronnie McReynolds and his wife Rhonda, Jeff McReynolds and his wife Cheryl, and Earl McReynolds and his wife Jaci. She is survived by her eighteen grandchildren and by several great and great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her two brothers: Butch and Clarence Friend and by her sister, Flora.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2017, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in Danforth Cemetery, near Strafford, MO.
