A visitation for Philip W. Kennedy, age 74 of Golden, MO will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 19th at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Galena, KS. A Memorial Service will immediately follow the visitation at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Galena, KS. Arrangements are under the direction of the family and Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.

Philip Kennedy died on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO. He was born on January 13, 1943, in Parsons, KS the son of Claude Max Kennedy and Catherine Petty. He was a retired businessman, a longtime volunteer of the Galena Kansas Volunteer Fire Department and Shell Knob, MO Volunteer Fire Department.

Philip Kennedy is survived by his three children: Nancy Wray and her husband Thomas of Forsyth, MO, Joyce Bush of Camdenton, MO, and Mark Kennedy and his wife Keri of Branson, MO, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter.
