Donald L. West, 80, Springfield, Missouri departed this life Friday, September 8, 2017 at Mercy Hospital.
He was born August 20, 1937 at Fontana, California to Elmer and Elsie (Guinn) West.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Donald is survived by his sister Barbara Parkhurst, one nephew, Gary Josephsen and wife Jessica, one niece Stacy Weaver, two great nephews, Andy Weaver and Kyle Josephsen and two great nieces, Sydney Weaver and Kyla Josephsen.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Springfield, Missouri.
Private services will be at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
