Obituary for Samuel Diaz
Samuel Diaz, 49, Springfield, MO., passed away on July 25, 2017. He was born in Rochester, NY. Samuel married Linda Diaz (Quiroz) on December 11, 2014. His hobbies include the New York Yankees, sports, collecting sports memorabilia and cooking. Samuel was preceded in death by his mother, Domitila Marin. He is survived by his wife, Linda, children, Bryana Cole, Onicia Diaz, Sammy Diaz, Christian Cole, Isabella Diaz, Sophia Diaz and Eithan Heavin. Two grandchildren, Mariannah Annebelle Cole and Hickson Diaz. His father, Mario Diaz and Step mother, Hano Diaz, his brothers, Berto, Ishmel, and Hose’ Diaz, sister, Mayra Fernandez. Samuel was a loving, big hearted man that didn’t know what a stranger was. He was a friend to anyone he met. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation for Samuel will be on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home South and services will be on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family of Samuel to help pay for funeral costs.
