Joseph L. Bradley
Joseph L. Bradley, 72, Springfield, Missouri departed this life Saturday, July 22, 2017 in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born August 21, 1944 at Paragould, Arkansas to Joseph L. and Elymus Bradley Jr.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Carole Bradley of the home, where they met in high school in St. Louis. To this union, they were blessed with three sons, Brian and wife Heather of Wichita, Kansas, Blake and wife Emily and Brent Bradley, all of Springfield, Missouri; two grandchildren, Cameron and Makenzie of Wichita, Kansas; one sister, Anita Kelley of Springfield, Missouri and his nieces and nephews in California, Oregon and Washington.
He graduated from Arkansas State University and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army Armored Cav Division stationed in Bamberg, Germany before starting his career in accounting for 20 plus years in St. Louis, Springfield and Wichita.
He was self-employed for 20 years servicing vision equipment.
He attended Fellowship Bible Church in Rogersville, Missouri.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Springfield, Missouri with services following at 11:00 AM with Pastor Ted Burden officiating.
Burial with full military honors will follow at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri.
