Obituary for Grace Leona Zellers (Logsdon)
Grace Leona Zellers, 81, Springfield, Missouri departed this life Friday, June 2, 2017 at Cox Medical Center South.
She was born November 9, 1935 to Glenn and Grace Logsdon at Ashville, Ohio.
Grace was a nurse’s aid for many years serving in the care of others.
She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Springfield, Missouri.
Grace also spent time with the Girl Scouts, her church and other volunteer programs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Michael, one sister and three brothers.
Survivors include her beloved husband Edward Zellers of the home, three daughters, Laura Henson and husband Kenneth of Warrenton, Virginia, Beth Coletta and husband Frank of Port Aransas, Texas and Lisa Zellers and Suzanne Kautz of Springfield, Missouri and two grandsons, Timothy and Joseph Henson.
Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home East.
Memorial contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 815 E. County Rd. 182, Springfield, Missouri 65810.
