Obituary for Simone Dahlia Ituarte (Ituarte)
Simone Dahlia Ituarte was born on May 11, 1991, and received by her Lord on November 11, 2016. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends whom she had impacted in some way throughout her life.
Simone’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Simone was an understanding and loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, and niece and a caring friend to many. Simone believed in laughter, faith, and family.
With Simone’s passing we are reminded that her life is one to be celebrated. Although we will miss her everyday, she will forever remain in our hearts through wonderful memories, and it has been a privilege to be her parents. We are thankful for the influence Simone had on her family and friends to live a life filled with compassion, grace, and caring for people’s hearts. Matthew 7 was a scripture she lived by each day. Simone had a heart full of love for others and taught us to see people beyond the surface and into the joys and trials of their lives.
We will always remember her love for animals, her sense of humor, love of music and musicals, and her ability to express herself through her art and nature.
Simone is survived by her loving parents, Jaime and Julie Ituarte, brothers Dakota, Dolin, and Aaron, along with maternal grandparents, caring aunts and uncles, many cousins, and dear friend Danyell.
She was preceded in death by her younger brother Pierce and her paternal grandparents.
There will be a memorial service on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, 3540 E Seminole, Springfield, MO at 2:00 p.m..
