Marvin Gerald Udelhofen, 72, of Springfield , MO. passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield , MO. He was born December 30, 1939 in Lancaster , WI to Sylvester and Doris (Bierman) Udelhofen.
He was a member of the Goldwing Road Rider’s Association. He loved to ride his motorcycle and rode many miles across the USA . Marvin was a Lather for many years and moved on to self-employment in which he bought and renovated houses that he maintained until his death. He was an avid craftsman in woodworking and carpentry, and enjoyed many other hobbies.
Marvin is survived by: sisters Sherrine Whalley, Springbrook, WI and Carla Udelhofen, Orlando FL; sons Jeffrey Udelhofen, Springfield, MO; Tony Udelhofen, Cassville, WI; Marvin Donald Udelhofen, Springfield, MO; daughter Juli (Daniel) Allhands, Oregon, WI; and many other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Keith and Carl Udelhofen.
Marvin loved to joke around and always had a big smile, for which, among many other things, he will be greatly missed.
