Obituary for Janice Ann Rife (Lindell)
Mrs. Janice A. Rife, age 83 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility Bolivar, MO. She was born April 19, 1936, in Minnesota, to Orvell and Bernice Lindell. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church Bolivar, MO.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 44 years Lingle Arnold Rife; a son Lingle Rife, Jr.; and two infant children: Hazel and Timothy Rife.
She is survived by her children: Karen Bays, and Linda Marler both of Bolivar, MO, and Steven Rife of Marshall, MO; 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren; one sister Karen Thomas and her husband Ed of Santa Rosa, CA; as well as several other relatives and friends.
According to Janice’s wishes her body will be cremated. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Pitts Chapel. Inurnment will take place at a later date. There is a go-fund-me account set up to help offset funeral expenses on Gina’s Facebook page.
