Obituary for Helen Maxine Gunnett (Byrd)
Helen Maxine Gunnett, 89, passed away peacefully August 8, 2018 at Brookhaven Nursing and Rehab. She was born January 26, 1929 in Salem, Missouri to Emery and Hester Byrd.
Helen and, her deceased husband, Paul, ran Gunnett’s Auction Service for many years. Helen was an avid bowler, loved gardening and was a master at growing beautiful flowers. She loved life.
Helen is survived by her two daughters; Sherry Davis and her husband Craig, their daughter Casandra Davis-Guinn (Helen’s granddaughter)and her husband Clint and their son Miles (Helen’s great grandson), her other daughter Merry Clark and her husband Ray, their son A.J. and his wife Connie and their 3 sons, Nathan, Hunter and Lucas. Her son, Larry preceded her in death.
She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
