Obituary for Steven Ray Fox

Steven Ray Fox
Steven Ray Fox, 63, passed away June 3, 2018 in his home surrounded by family. He was born April, 19, 1955 to Ray and JoAnn Fox in their home in Stockton, Mo. After graduating high school, he joined the Air Force and served his country for 8 years. In 1982, he made Springfield, Mo his home and worked for Litton Industries until 1986. He left Litton to work for SRC as a machinist and was there for 31 years. Shortly after going to SRC, he met the love of his life, Lori Bonham and they married July 16, 1988. They lived in Springfield for the next several years and then they moved to their new home in Morrisville, Mo in 1995. He loved his life in their 40 acres and caring for their cattle, horses, and pigs. He also enjoyed deer and turkey hunting, playing tennis, camping at the lake and spending time with his family. He attended Stockton Church of Christ during his childhood and later became a member at Brookline Church of Christ. They were blessed with their children, Lina, Claudia, and Sisco and several years later, God surprised them with a precious gift of another daughter, Stevie Rae.

He is survived by his wife, Lori, daughter and son-in-law, Lina and Marcus Colvard of Springfield, daughter, Claudia Corralejo of Springfield, son, Fransisco Corralejo of Morrisville, daughter, Stevie Fox of Morrisville, daughter, Alicia Andrade of California and grandson Zayne Ray Colvard. He is also survived by brother and spouse Alan and Carolyn Fox of Heartland, Tx, sister, Gatha Fox of Willard, Mo, brother and spouse, Greg and Mary Fox of Fair Grove, Mo, sister and spouse, Lisa Smith and Larry McMellen of Rogersville, Mo, sister and spouse, Melissa and Rob Buttry of Marshfield, Mo, brother-in-law, David Bonham of Springfield, Mo, father and mother-in-law, Dillard and Patricia Bonham of Springfield, Mo, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Eunice Fox, and JoAnn Asher, his grandparents, brother-in-law, Aaron Smith and nephew, Jesse Fox.
