Obituary for William Anthony Lindner

William Anthony  Lindner
Mr. William “Bill” Anthony Lindner, age 68 of Flemington, MO, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at Saint Lukes Hospital of Kansas City, Kansas City, MO. He was born October 22, 1949, in Ft. Dodge, IA, to Richard and Rita (Crouse) Lindner. He is a US Navy Vietnam, Granada, and Desert Storm veteran. He was of the Catholic Faith. He was united in marriage to Norma Jean McLoud July 22, 1974, in Clarksville, TN.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Norma Jean; and two sisters: Karen Lindner, and Patricia Ferry.
He is survived by two sons: Raymond Clark of TX, and Jon Evans of AZ; three daughters: Rosalie Beach of SC, Dawn Wical of VA, and Joi Ingman of McIntosh, MN; 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter; five brothers: Richard Lindner of Ft. Dodge, IA, Dennis Lindner of Red Bluff, CA, Tom Lindner of Clear Lake, IA, Doug Lindner of Ft. Dodge, IA, and John Lindner of Muskatine, IA; three sisters: Rita Davis of Greeley, CO, Deb Richards of Humbolt, IA, and Paula Basinger of Mt. Pleasant, WI; his fiancée Linda Clark of Flemington, MO; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Mass services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Bolivar, MO, with Fa. Jose Thundathil Antoney officiating. Burial will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery Bolivar, MO, with full military honors.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 20, 2018, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the church, with Rosary Prayer services starting at 7:00 PM. Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
