Valerie Colleen Rosencrans of Reeds Spring, Missouri was born to Eddie and Virginia (Tolbert) Rosencrans on September 04, 1971 in Branson, Missouri and departed this life on April 16, 2018 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 46 years.
Valerie was preceded in death by her father Eddie Rosencrans, her grandparents Arthur and Louise (Gregg) Rosencrans and Earl and Marie (Pendergrass) Tolbert. She is survived by her mother Virginia Rosencrans of Reeds Spring and one brother Brian Rosencrans and wife Cristy of Richland, Missouri, Michael Rosencrans and wife April of Crocker, MO, Ben Rosencrans and wife Kris of New Jersey, Chad Rosencrans of Dennison, TX, Tatiana Rosencrans of Dennison, TX, Ean, Bryce, Mason and Jacob Rosencrans of Richland, MO, Cassie Martin and husband Jerry of Lebanon, MO, Megan Jeffries of Richland, MO, Tarah Bent of Springfield, MO, Reya Bent of St Roberts, MO, 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
Valerie was a Service Manager for Lowe’s in Hollister. Prior to that she was an Assistant Store Manager for Wal-Mart in Branson West for 13 years. Valerie took pride in her work and was a very loyal employee. She was known for going by the book for all who worked for her. Each person, man or woman was treated the same and fair. She valued each one of her employees and customers.
Valerie loved going to the flea markets with her mother and her uncle Bob. She also loved going to the movies with her cousin Sunday. The Friday night dinners with the family was never missed.
Valerie was known for her hats. She loved wearing hats and had a hat for all occasions. She would not leave home without her make-up and hair fixed. Not a hair out of place. She looked beautiful everywhere she went. She had a flair for jewelry, shoes and purses.
She loved her fur babies Angel and Lucy and they loved her. Prior to Angel and Lucy she also had a bichon puppy Bridgette.
Valerie was saved and baptized at a young age. She is a member of the Church of Christ of Hollister.
Valerie will be truly missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. Funeral service on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson. Graveside burial directly following at Yocum Pond Cemetery in Reeds Spring.
