Judith Ellen Wooldridge, 73, of Springfield, MO, passed away on March 14th, 2018 in her home. Judith was born on May 8th, 1944 in Gasconade County, MO. She worked as an elementary teacher for the Springfield R-12 school district from 1967 to 1997. She was united in marriage to Tom Wooldridge on April 15th, 1967 in Owensville, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Evelyn Brinkmann; her husband, Tom Wooldridge; and her niece, Emily Dobbs.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Scott and wife Jill Wooldridge; Jeffrey Wooldridge; and Jay Wooldridge and ex-wife Laura; a brother, Mark and wife Linda Brinkmann; 2 sisters, Marian and husband Jerry DeGraffenreid; and Becky Dobbs; 5 grandchildren, Sydney, Kendall, Noah, Jacob, and Logan Wooldridge.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, March 18th, 2018 from 3 PM to 5 PM in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. The funeral service will be Monday, March 19th, 2018 at 12:30 PM in the funeral home. The burial will immediately follow at 2 PM in Missouri Veterans Cemetery. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Pregnancy Care Center.
