Dorothy L. Boles 92, Springfield, MO. passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018, after a long illness. She was born on August 31, 1925, in Strafford, MO. to Dwight and Mildred (Trantham) Yarbrough. A homemaker, she was a long-time member of the Boulevard Baptist Church. Dorothy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ward Boles, her son Mac Boles, her grand-daughter, Sarah Letterman, two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Jan Felton and her husband Dave, two sons: Mike Boles and his wife Allida and Randy Boles and his wife Ann, a daughter-in-law: Sandy Boles, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, she is also survived by her brother Lewis Yarbrough.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in Bass Chapel Cemetery, near Strafford, MO. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
