Obituary for Melvin
Melvin (Mickey) Paul Storey was born February 3, 1936 at Rockford, Illinois. He was baptized May 23, 1954 and entered into eternal rest January 6, 2018 at the age of eighty-one years.
Mickey and Dorothy Willard were united in marriage on October 10, 1964.
Mr. Storey departed, leaving his wife of fifty-three years and many friends and family including, three sisters, Ester Fry, Lena, Il; Audrey Lungstrom, Va; and Lois Daughenbaugh, Rockford, Il. One brother Larry Storey, Pecatonica, Il. Daughter and son in law Brenda and Buster Lemons of Marshfield Mo. Grandchildren, Doug and Jennifer Eyman, Springfield Mo; Lisa and Matt Hale, Carthage Mo; Mike and Cammy Harrison, Marshfield Mo; Jeff and January Harrison, Marshfield Mo. Great-grandchildren, Jordan, JaCeline, Bryson, Hannah, Levi, Isabelle, Ally, Grant, Gavin and one great-great-grandchild, Annie.
Mr. Storey was preceded in death by his daughter Linda.
Mickey will be missed by all who knew him as he brought a smile to so many people.
