Obituary for William Allen Kolling

William A. “Bill” Kolling, son of Roger and Mary {South} Kolling, was born June 9, 1944 in Chicago, Il. He passed away on December 31, 2017 at his home in Springfield, Mo.
After graduating from high school, Bill served 5 years in the U. S. Army. Bill’s worked as a truck driver and retired from Campbell 66 Express.
He was preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents and a sister, Sheila Morton, and his beloved fur babies Pepie, Cocoa, Big Charlie and Little Charlie.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Joyce Kolling; his beloved fur baby, Charles Henry Kolling III, 3 grandchildren: Audrey Webb, Springfield, Mo., Denise Coonts and Dacy Collins of Diggins, Mo.; 2 brothers, Roger Kolling and wife Joanne of Mazon, Il, and David Kolling of Pinion Hills, Ca. sister, Eilene Henderson of St. Louis, Mo. and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be held January 5, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. at the family home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Missouri. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South. There will also be a memorial service at a later date at Sunset Point near Phoenix, AZ.
