Condolence: Darrell was the most selfless person I have ever known. He would do anything for a friend. He was witty, sarcastic, endearing, intelligent, kind, compassionate, and fiercely loyal to those he loved. He was caregiver to his Mother, Bertie, and his Father, Clarence. One could not find a more devoted son. Darrell loved Halloween, Easter, and Christmas. He always left a basket of Easter candy for me on my front porch never admitting to it--it was always from the Easter bunny. Darrell was an avid reader of Egyptology and others subjects that interested him, loved nature and feeding the birds who visited his yard. He enjoyed finding new flowers to plant every spring. Good night sweet Prince. I love you my friend.
