Condolence: Irv and all of Irma's children, my heart breaks for you in the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful human being!
Irma hired me for my first job as a dietitian in St. Joseph, MO in 1976. I still remember walking into her office, telling her I was a dietitian. She just looked at me like she didn't believe it. She said, "I just was about to place an ad in the ADA Journal because we couldn't find one!" So, I was hired on the spot!!
She was the kindest boss. Part boss/part mother to the dietitians under her. The staff of dietitians was like a little family and I made lifelong friends there.
The last time I saw her was at our reunion in 2001. She remarked then, that every single dietitian who ever worked for her still sent her Christmas cards every year! Now, how many people can say that!!

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the friends and family of Irma. We will never get used to losing our love ones in death. The reason is because we were created with everlasting life in view. (Eccl. 3: 11) However, Almighty God promise that soon he will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will anything that will make us sad. ( Revelation 21: 3,) To learn more, please visit jw.org.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Irma's passing this morning. Praying for Irv and all the children during this time of mourning. Irma was a wonderful neighbor to our parents on the cove and faithful member of Sardis. She knew how much I enjoyed her peanut butter cookies and always had some ready when we visited. Blessings to your Irv in your loss, praying the Lord will comfort as only He is able.
