Obituary for Irma Lois Lisec (Hendricks)
Funeral Services for Irma L. Lisec age 77 of Powesite, MO will be held at 8:00 AM, Friday, December 29, 2017 at Sardis General Baptist Church with Pastor Joshua Johannes officiating. Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield with full military honors. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.
She died on Monday, December 25, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Springfield, MO.
She was born on December 17, 1940 in Atmore, Alabama, the daughter of Charles Hendricks and Leila Bogan. She was a retired dietician and veteran of the United States Army. She was a member of Sardis General Baptist Church and had been a resident of the area for the past 20 years.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Irvin Lisec of the home, seven children; Kimberly Wineinger and husband, Danny Woods of Hollister, MO., Kristi Jensen and husband, Michael of Elkhorn, NE., Jeffrey Wineinger and wife, Jennifer of Topeka, KS., Kendi Duniven and husband, James of Fisco, TX., Rob Lisec and wife, Donna of Oak Park, IL., Kelli Post and husband, Les of Lincoln, NE., Tracy Lisec and wife, Pat of Lincoln, NE., a step brother, Gary Skinner and wife, Johnnie, 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Tessa Cox and two sisters.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Sardis General Baptist Church 10034 State Highway 76, Forsyth MO. 65653 or the Skaggs Foundation P.O. Box 650, Branson, MO 65615.
