Obituary for Thomas "Grandpa" Lee Beyer

Thomas "Grandpa" (Tom) Lee Beyer, age 68, of Pleasant Hope passed away Thursday, November 23rd, 2017 at Cox South Medical Center.

Tom was born May 17, 1949 in York, PA to Alfred Reginald and Phyllis Ann Beyer. Tom served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Tom enjoyed spending time in his garden, he will always be remembered for his cooking skills when it came to gourmet food. Tom enjoyed crocheting. he was an excellent Canasta player. Tom's greatest love was spending time with his family.

Survivors include his three loving children, Tonia Blair and her children, Codie and Tanner, Springfield, Sandy Schleuning,husband Leonard and their children, Caroline, Timothy, Tracy, Cody, Arlene, Brandon, Brianna, Roy, Shannon, Buffalo, and Chris Beyer, wife Jill and their children, Hailey and Zachary, Colorado Springs, CO; seven great-grandchildren; four brothers, John and wife Brenda, Gary and wife Nancy, Steve and Ruth, and Jim and wife Brenda; two sisters, Sherri and husband Lee and Marjorie and husband Bob; mother, Phyllis Beyer; and a host of family and friends.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 2, 2017, 4:00pm, at the First Assembly of God Church in Buffalo, Missouri. Funeral services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
