Deborah L. Cooperider, age 56, of Mount Vernon, Missouri, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017, at her home.
Debbie was born October 21, 1961 in Springfield, Missouri. She was the daughter of Jess and Marguerite (Mase) Knichel.
On June 25, 2015 in Mount Vernon, Missouri, Debbie was joined in marriage to Steven D. Cooperider.
Debbie worked as an Office Manager for most of her life. She enjoyed spending time cooking dinner and planning parties for her loved ones. She was always happy to help people celebrate special times. She spent many years getting her children to many sports practices and events. Always willing to give anything she had to help someone. She enjoyed crafting, running her flea market booth, spending time with her grandchildren, all outdoor adventures she could find and being loved by her husband and two dogs.
Debbie is survived by her husband Steven Cooperider, of Mount Vernon, Missouri; her parents Jess and Marguerite (Mase) Knichel, of Mount Vernon, Missouri; daughter Jessica (Thompson) Aust, and husband Steve, of Mount Vernon, Missouri; her son Zachariah Goodman, and wife Britny, of Republic, Missouri; her sister Sarah (Knichel) Hedgpeth, and husband Jerry, of Shell Knob, Missouri; Four Grandchildren, Chloe Aust, Kyah Goodman, Liv Burris, and Knox Goodman.
A celebration of Debbie’s life will be at 3:00 pm on Monday, November 20, 2017, located at GreenLawn Funeral Home North in Springfield, Missouri.
