Condolence From: Tom Hanks
Condolence: I am sorry for the family's loss, as of course everyone who knew you or David is bound to be. I'm also sorry for my loss, and--again--the loss felt by all of us who knew David. Lively, always smiling (mischievously) and generally leading us into mischievous situations--I wanted to grow up to be like David Gaines. I became an English teacher instead . . . but knowing that David had departed the earth leaves me feeling that a part of me, one I cherished, has likewise departed. I pray for you and your family and friends.
