Grace Foudray Rulon 91, of Branson, Missouri passed into eternal life on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. She was born on March 4, 1926 in Jefferson City, Missouri the daughter of William A. and Ivy Juanita Sabin Sanders. She lived in the Branson area all of her 91 years and watched it change from a town whose biggest event was the Christmas parade to an International destination.
Grace, (or Gracie, as everyone knew her,) had a wide knowledge of antiques, and ran an antique shop in Hollister, Missouri for many years. Her home housed many collections, but her doll collection was her pride and joy. In her travels she acquired many unique objects.
Her smile and caring heart will be missed by friends and family, including many nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. She created many wonderful memories, including hosting a houseful on Sunday nights to enjoy the first color TV in the family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Raymond Foudray and Don Rulon, four brothers, Willie, Birch, Frank and John Sanders, and nine sisters, Pearl, Minnie, Nancy, Bonnie, Faye, Arlena, Barbara, Pat and Deloris.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM, on Saturday, September 30, 2017 with Rev. Rick Youngblood officiating at Ozarks Memorial Cemetery in Branson under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home prior to the graveside service.
