Condolence: How good to have the Sachs as neighbors. They are caring friends. Even though Shelly was fighting her own battle with cancer, she popped in late one evening and filled my arms with yellow roses and in her unforgettable rich alto voice, wished me well in my journey.
Our hearts really hurt to say goodbye or to see those she loved so dearly suffer her loss, but I understand why our Lord says, "Blessed in the eyes of the Lord is the death of His Saints" when He welcomes home a beloved child, another one of His beautifully created images. What a joy for God when a child has accepted His gift of life through His forgiveness and has lived that life well in loving those He has given them.
Please know we care and grieve with all who feel the loss of such a loved one as Shelly.
