Donna Sanders, age 79, of Springfield, MO, passed away Friday, August 4, 2017 at Mercy Hospital. She was born July 2, 1938 in Portia, AR.
She graduated from West Plains High School and shortly after, she was united in marriage to Eddie Sanders. She was a homemaker and was an active church member at Watermill Church of Christ. Her greatest joy was loving her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her two sons: Michael and Mark Sanders, her grandparents, aunts, uncles, her mother Reba Clemmons, father-in-law Albert Sanders, mother-in-law Chloa Sanders and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
Donna is survived by her husband Eddie of the home, a daughter and son-in-law Teresa and Phil Connolly, two daughters-in-law: Sheila Sanders and Kim Sanders, seven grandchildren: Michael, Jason, Lisa, Zachary, Emily, Nathan and Jacob, three step-grandchildren: Tabra, Sonya and Dustin, five great-grandchildren: Cheyenne, Barrett, Alex, Chloe and Kaylee and two sisters-in-law: Vera Sanders and Ruby Roberson.
Visitation will be Monday, August 7, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, West Plains, MO around 4:00 PM
