Obituary for Clara Verbelee Glidewell
Clara Verbelee Glidewell was born May 8th, 1923 to Harvey Arnold and Lona Mae (Hampton) Arnold, on Friday, June 2nd Clara passed away at 12:45 p.m. in Sunshine Manor- Republic, MO.
Clara was married to Vernie Glidewell October 4th, 1942.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, parents, infant sister, two brothers, and a nephew.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Ruby Bright.
Clara was known for her great cooking. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 7 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home South Springfield, MO with funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wilson Creek Baptist Church.
