Charles Manuel Ice 76, Springfield, Mo. passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. He was born, in Rogersville, Mo. on May 29, 1940, to Lester M. and Mildred L. (Mincks) Ice. He retired from Dayco Corporation after 30 years of service.He enjoyed Bass Fishing, NASCAR races, Old Western Movies and spending time with his family.
Charles is survived by his wife, Patsy, two sons; Charles Eric Ice and his wife Sarah Jane, of Westminster, Maryland, and Brent Bench and his wife Cindy, of Bolivar, Mo, two daughters; Sonja Richard and her husband Robert, of Jasper, Tx. and Charla-Ice Edmisson, of Springfield, Mo. 7-grandchildren and 8-great-grandchildren, a brother Kenneth Ice and his wife Linda, Republic, Mo.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2017, in White Chapel Cemetery. No public visitation is planed. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
