Ella Mae  Young
Ella (Ellie) Mae Young was born on March 8, 1930 and left her temporary home for her forever home on March 2, 2017.
Ella Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby M. Young and Luther A. Young, 1 brother; Kenneth Young, sisters; Mary Jane Dickens, and Betty J. Royal, and the father of her children; Eugene (Bud) Williamson, one son; Steven Dewayne Williamson, daughter; Dianna Lynn McRight, and grandson; Kelly Williamson.
Ella is survived by a sister, Irma Ruth Stockstill, and brother; Luther A. Young; one daughter, Pam Little, one son; Mike Williamson.
Ellie’s pride and joy was her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren: Clint, Wesley, Amy, Scott, Amanda, Jennifer, Bailey, Jessica, Madison, Makayla, Kelton, Quincy, Tanner, Cooper, Michallia, Brooke, Dalton, Tristan, Silas, Phineas, Zain, Fenix, Jax, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ella Mae retired from Lily Tulip as a line inspector and resided in Springfield until 2004 when she moved to Independence, Missouri with her daughter, Pam. At her passing, she was residing at Truman Medical Center, Long Term Care, in Kansas City, Missouri. Ella’s battle with cancer was short lived, Praise the Lord!
She lives on in each of us through memories stored deeply in our hearts.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cancer Action.
