Anna Yarberry age 82, of Springfield passed away Sunday, January 1st, 2017 at Mercy Hospital.
Anna was born December 15, 1934 in Brookeville. IN to Andrew and Pauiline Marshall. She was united in marriage to Charles Junior Yarberry on December 24, 1954. She took a lot of pride in being a great homemaker, wife and mother. She enjoyed hosting family Sunday dinners, the more people the better. Her greatest love was spoiling her grandchildren, most of her grandchildren learned to play baseball from her. She loved spending Sundays in church.
Survivors her loving husband of sixty-two years, Charles Junior Yarberry; children, Pauline Worley, Sue Smith (Wallay), Betty Thompson (Chuck), Sherry Brooks (Jerry), Kay Worley (Robert), Kenny Yarberry (Lita), Barb Bell (Mike), Chuck Yarberry (Theresa), and June Yarberry; twenty-four grandchildren; forty-four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Mae Stidhem, Dayton, Ohio; and a host of family and friends. Anna was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Debra Yarberry; two grandsons, Jerry Worley and Charlie Worley; one great-granddaughter, Chloe Barham; and twelve brothers and sisters; one son-in-law, Steve; and one daughter-in-law, Audrea.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 6th, 2017 at 1:00 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home North 3506 North National Springfield, Missouri 65803, with burial to follow at Rock Prairie Cemetery in Pleasant Hope , MO .
