Obituary for Dorothy Gladys Queckboerner

Dorothy Gladys Queckboerner, 91, of Bolivar, passed away Friday, February 8, 2013. She was born June 24, 1921 in Polk, Missouri to James Dennis Hale and Jennie (Redd) Hale. She was united in marriage to Lee Schuenemeyer and to this union was born one son, Larry Lee Schuenemeyer. After Lee passed she married Jesse Queckboerner.
Dorothy was a mother and homemaker, definitely a family person.
She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and four brothers, her first husband Lee Schuenemeyer, also her second husband Jesse Queckboerner.
Dorothy is survived by a son Larry Lee Schuenemeyer of Bolivar, Misssouri. Two brothers: Orland Hale of Bolivar, Missouri and Carl Hale of Salem, Missouri, two sisters Avagene Schmidt of Nixa, Missouri and Elma Marshall of Bolivar, Missouri; as well as a very special friend and caregiver, Evelyn Hale whom is also her sister in law. Also many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services for Dorothy Queckboener will be at 2:00, Monday, February 11, 2013 in Pitts Chapel, with Chaplain James Friend officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 ~ 2:00, Monday, February 11, 2013 in Pitts Chapel, Bolivar, Missouri. Interment will be in Mt. View, Polk, Missouri.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. View Cemetery of Polk, Missouri.
