Graveside Services for Charlotte Elizabeth Zobel, age 75 of Kimberling City, MO. will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home of Branson.
She died at 8:40 a.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield.
She was born on April 5, 1938 in Williamsburg, Massachusetts the daughter of George and Hazel Andrews Hillenbrand. She was a retired resort manager and had been a resident of the area for the past 29 years.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years; Homer Zobel of the home, three children: Richard Riel of Easthampton, MA., Donna Caulfield of Spokane, MO., Scott Zobel of Hollister, MO. four step children: Wayne Zobel of Melbourne, FL., Trilica Sprouce of Cape Canaveral, FL., Nicolette Wiebelt of Melbourne, FL., Kevin Zobel of Saucier, MS., two siblings: Richard Hillenbrand of Williamsburg, MA., Nancy Koiser of Williamsburg, MA., eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and nine brothers and sisters.
